Our idea of an ‘agent’ or ‘manager’ (as well as that of many artists we have talked to) is someone who looks after the legal and business aspects of an artist’s career, so that the artist can focus on being creative. Yet the majority of agents and managers in Australia do not have a law degree or a business degree. Our Managing Director, Gene Goodsell, has a law degree with honours and a business degree. Furthermore, he has worked in some of the leading legal and financial institutions in Sydney and London. As a result, artists can be confident that navitas management can confidently handle all aspects of their affairs, both here and abroad.

Where necessary, we can utilise the services of our sister firm, navitas legal to provide a full suite of entertainment law services to our clients and their associated entities as well as US individuals and entities looking to conduct business in Australia. This includes handling all aspects of TV, film, festival and concert production.
